KFC - Chicken and Donuts Sandwich

Yes, you read that headline correctly!

The chicken wars continue on into the fall.

KFC just recently announced a new run on its fried chicken sandwich. But instead of a bun, there are donuts on the top and bottom. Glazed donuts no less. Sort of, kinda, like chicken and waffles? Donuts = waffles? Glaze = syrup?

It’s just a test run in a few markets like Pittsburgh and Roanoke. We shall see if it flies for good.
