Sandy Hook Promise "Back-to-School"

My kids are older now, so my family isn’t really a part of the “Back-to-School” scene anymore. Which is part of the reason why I enjoy my social feeds this time of year as I see all of the families getting ready for another school year or going off to college. It brings back so many memories.

But things are different now, because Back-to-School also reminds us of the danger of school shootings.

The Sandy Hook Promise just released this chilling PSA to remind us to be on the lookout for warning signs:

Hard to watch. But a constant reminder to stay alert and pay attention so that these tragedies can be caught before they happen. Here’s another one from the same organization from last year:
