I had a rough week last week. A rough work week last week. It’s important not to gloss it over but to acknowledge it. There I said it. So going into Monday today was a bit tougher to tell you the truth. There I said it.

But like lots of things in life, I put my head down and plowed through it. But I certainly didn’t feel like dancing, which made me think of this song for #MusicMonday …
